在罡得一开始从事Java开发工作, 后续升职至项目负责人, 负责对接领导进行项目开发, 率领团队开发系统, 同时承担一定的开发工作.

主导技术攻坚，高性能服务的开发和优化. 通过开发基于微服务的罡得商城, 降低了公司的获客成本.

之间工作经历

后续在卓越教育科技有限公司做OMO云教研系统, 同时根据公司产品发展方向, 开发新系统及系统升级改造.

最近一份工作是在鑫虹互联网有限公司从事Java后端开发工作.

工作内容

承接南航能力开放平台, 负责核心功能的架构与代码模板编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块，完成项目实施的技术支持工作, 协助其他同事进行项目开发, 输出项目经验.

工作业绩

从0到1参与南航能力开放平台设计与编码. 通过编写一些工具提高了代码的开发效率, 还整理BUG集/问题集促进团队在业务和技术问题上协同效率.

未来职业发展

未来希望继续在Java上进行深耕, 同时拓展自己的项目管理技能.

Before Getting Job

I graduated from Wuhan University majoring in physics, and Taught myself computer-related courses and Java development during college.

First Job

After graduation, I worked in Java development at Guangzhou Gangde Education Technology.

What you do?

I started working on Java development in Gangde, and then promoted to project leader, responsible for docking and leading the project development, leading the team to develop the system, and undertaking certain development work.

Why and how you do?

I lead the development and optimization of technical research, high-performance services. By developing a microservices-based Gangde mall, the company's customer acquisition costs have been reduced.

Next Job

Then I followed up in Zhuoyue Education Technology to do OMO cloud teaching and research system, and at the same time, according to the company's product development direction, develop new systems and system upgrades.

Last Job

My most recent job was working on Java backend development at Xinhong Internet.

What you do?

I undertake the China Southern Airlines Capability Open Platform, responsible for the architecture and code template writing of core functions, the development and maintenance of the common core modules of the system, the completion of technical support for project implementation, the assistance of other partners in project development, and the output of project experience.

Why and how you do?

I was involved in the design and coding of China Southern Airlines Capability Open Platform from 0 to 1. Improved code development efficiency by writing tools, and also organized problem sets to promote team efficiency on business and technical issues.

What is your long term career plan?

In the future, I hope that I will continue to work Java and expand my project management skills.

What do you consider important when you looking for a job?

The first is that the business should match my technical ability, and the second is that the salary package is in line with my expectations.

The reason I left was because the project had been completed
